Personal Experience: BPC-157 + Rest + Structured PT for Lingering Elbow Issues
Yeah, from what I've seen in my own trial and error, pairing BPC-157 with solid rest and structured PT seems to make a noticeable difference in how quickly the nagging stuff calms down. A couple years back I had a pretty beat-up elbow from too much repetitive gripping, and after a few weeks of just chilling plus light mobility work it was still grumpy. Once I added the peptide in—mostly because I was tired of the plateau—it felt like my body finally started repairing the deeper tissue instead of just masking the ache. For me the key was keeping activity low-key at first, then gradually layering in those PT drills to rebuild strength without overloading. Not saying it's magic or anything, just my two cents from personal use—it helped me get moving comfortably again sooner than expected, but listening to your body and not skipping the basics still matters most.
