Hello dear community,
i don't understand the API Rate Limits.

My bash script is downloading the accounts transfers as a csv.
But even if i put inbetween every download a sleep of 3 seconds, i already hit the rate limit (every second downloaded csv contains just "rate limit exeeded").

But here in the API Documentation it is pointed out, that the Rate Limit would be 1 RPS for the free version:

I am thinking about purchasing the developer liscence but i first want to understand the matter.

Does anyone have an idea ?
