How do I stop all web 3 am dex and defi exchange recycling and send rewards to wallet

this recycling over and over does no good for me only benefits other programs and it’s upsetting me. Like bank not letting me withdrawal while they use my money , wouldn’t this upset any of you as well. It has been a year dec 25 th and I came for solana pay and never recieved that now this what a slap in my face
